Tutorial video for the Yamaha Reface DX voice "Lush Pad Example" as discussed in the FM Synthesis Programming article series "Manny's Modulation Manifesto" on Yamahasynth.com Uses Algorithm 8 with two, 2-OP stacks to create a thicker, detuned 'two oscillator' style pad. Though with only one Modulator in each stack, less harmonic control and complexity is possible compared to the example voice "Complex Pad Example" that uses Algorithm 5 that has 3 Modulators. For this example I choose more Carriers and less Modulators for more 'thickness' at the expense of control and complexity compared to Algorithm 5.
